Co-Working Space
Co-working is an arrangement in which workers of different companies share an office space, allowing cost savings and convenience through the use of common infrastructures, such as equipment, utilities, and receptionist and custodial services, and in some cases refreshments and parcel acceptance services. Wikipedia Responding to recent world events, more and more people are becoming aware of working remotely and the availability of co-working spaces. We are happy to offer these services to those looking to have a professional environment to meet and greet customers or as an alternative to the home office.
A recent survey conducted by the Mat-Su Resource, Conservation & Development Council confirms what Valley residents have always known. A full 84% of the businesses in our community are sole proprietorships, or owner-only limited liability companies or corporations. We believe the Valley leads Alaska in small business development and entrepreneurship!
