At only $50.00/month, The Valley Annex offers Virtual Office rentals that include two hours a month of scheduled meeting or conference room time. As part of Virtual Office, we will provide you with instructions to activate your Virtual Mailbox account. This service requires completion of USPS 1583 Form, with notarization and two types of approved identification (e.g. Valid State ID, Passport, Current Lease, Voter or Vehicle Registration Card). Your Virtual Mailbox membership will be activated once we receive the signed and notarized USPS 1583 Form, a copy of your approved identification, and the initial deposit.
